the affection of the glands in the neck, the adenoid tissue of the soft palate, tonsils and pharynx was greatly enlarged. The right tonsil projected as a rounded mass as far as the middle of the tliroa displacing the normal uvula forwards. The left tonsil, though enlarged, was not affected to the same extent. In this present case report, a 41 year old female presented with swelling of left tail of parotid gland since 3 months.
